General Specifications General:General: Window shall be designed and manufactured to meet residential applications per Dade County product approval. Materials: All frame and sash members shall be extruded 6063-T6 aluminum alloy. Frame members shall have a minimum depth of 2 1/2”. Construction: Frame members shall be mitered at the corners and assembled with stainless steel screws for tight union. Hardware: Stainless Steel handles, roto operators, lift latch and 4” Hinge bar. Glazing: Window shall be factory wet glazed with 7/16” laminated glass with an interior glazing bead. (Glass is available in Clear, Obscure, Green, Grey or Bronze Tint) Weatherstripping: Two continuous bulb weather seals at the perimeter of the vent to form two protective layers to control air, wind and water penetration. Insect Screen: Screen shall fit flushin the frame. Screen frame shall be extruded aluminum box profile. Mesh fabric shall be 18 x 16 grey fiberglass. Spline is circular profiled vinyl
